S.T.A.R. Labs
Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories, brainchild of (E-1) Harrison Wells and Tess Morgan, is a research and development center. In the wake of Eobard Thawne's sabatoge and the particle accelerator's explosion, the lab is in a bit of shambles, though some things have been reparied and the lab is now the base of operations for all things metahuman related in Central City.

PIPELINE
Built out of the remains of the old particle accelerator, the pipeline serves as a prison to hold the most dangerous of metahumans and could, presumably, handle the super-powered types around the islands as well.

CONTAINMENT CELLS
Barriers of the cells use an 8.3 tesla super conducting electromagnet to create a seal that is 100,000 times stronger than Earth's magnetic field. There ain't no bustin' outta these cells, y'all.

TIME VAULT
A secret room in the lab where Thawne once held his Reverse-Flash paraphanelia and secretly monitored Team Flash.

Gideon
The interactive A.I. (created by Barry in the future) hidden in the Time Vault and used by Eobard Thawne to track the changes to the timeline.
Note: She can not access any timeline outside of the one she was a part of; she can access the articles cited in canon, but beyond that, is only a functioning interactive A.I., with no connection to any timelines or information about them.

BASEMENT
Contains a force field generator that can trap metahumans (and presumably other superpowered types as well). And Cisco died in one version of a timeline here, so he'll avoid this room unless necessary kthx.
