What game was being played? The kind of in-fighting that could all create...Cisco doesn't want to consider it. Hysteria starts with just one seed of doubt, after all, and the last thing Wonderland needs is everyone even more distrustful and on edge than they usually are.
So, really...he's stuck. He can't make a move on this information. Not yet, at least.]
